Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. 3. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practical. 4. Responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology infrastructure and a specific business area. 5. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. 6. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives. 7. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently. 8. Full software development lifecycle experience, including COTS. 9. Ability to manage multiple workstreams at a time. 10. Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout testing. 11. Experience in defect management and tracking. 12. Strong people skills required. 13. Experience in the financial services or mortgage banking industry. 14.
