Position Requirements: 3+ years experience administering and delivering complex solutions with Business Objects XI R2/3 Advanced Universe development using aggregate aware, contexts for multi subject universes, derived tables, and complex measures using functions Advanced Crystal Reports developer with experience writing Cross Tab reports, using Templates, and Optimizing Sub Reports Experience setting up user, group, and application security Experience scheduling reports and setting up distribution strategies Perform Business Objects upgrades and new releases Experience troubleshooting performance issues to identify bottlenecks Experience performance tuning and capacity management Experience planning hardware requirements and setting backup strategies Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
