*Position Summary*

The primary role of the Systems Integration (SI) Data Analyst is to deliver
high-quality data mining and data review for the Systems Integration
applications. The Data Analyst data mines and reviews data flows that are
sourced from different external systems and flow through the SI integration
points via the ESB or other processes. The Data Analyst works with multiple
source systems (POS, Artiva, GLI, ODS, etc.) to identify and understand data
flow between the systems and validate test case scenarios in some cases, and
in other cases, create new test cases.
Primary Responsibilities
Works with various team members on the Systems Integration team to
understand and validate data flow between different systems.
Works with external systems interfacing with Systems Integration team to
understand and validate data flow between those interfaces
Responsible for verifying availability of requested data.
Works with the SI team to ensure that data flows correctly to the external
systems Layer (ie: ODS to GLI mapping rules).
Validates data between backend processes in ODS, GLI, Lawson, etc.
Establishes strong working relationship with team members; all functions
within IT and across the business as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Solid SQL abilities in Oracle 10g environment
Experience using TOAD for back end data validation
Experience with ESB (Enterprise Server Bus) technologies a plus
Experience in data validation and data integrity analysis
Experience/understanding of data analysis and testing
Dedicated to meeting delivery schedules and to producing high quality
results
Must be a self-starter and able to work without close supervision
