We are currently recruiting for a Senior Software Tester with a strong technical background to join our team. The Senior Software Tester is primarily responsible for developing and executing test plans and scripts and reporting results for large-scale Web-based applications. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in the development and execution of test plans and test scripts for large-scale Web-based applications and documenting the results in a manner that is easily understood. • 5+ years experience with writing SQL. • Experience in the development and execution of test plans and test scripts for functional and non-functional requirements. • Experience in UNIX and Windows environments. • Ability to work with database administrators and software engineers on technical issues pertaining to testing. • Excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and customers. • Attention to detail, accuracy, precision in all work. • Enthusiastic, hard working, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently. • Stable employment history. • Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Master?s Degree preferred but not required. • Experience working with automated testing tools. • Experience working in SEI CMMI Maturity Level 2 and 3 environments.
