*Work Summary*
The candidate filling this *Business Systems Analyst - Sr position* will
complete analysis and *ETS SDLC documentation* review and updates required
for business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional
requirements and *technical specifications in Power Designer*, modification
of User Guide, and review and documentation of standard operation procedures
as noted in the Responsibilities tasks below.

*Responsibilities*
Under general supervision, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the
following tasks as time allows:
- Review/update *ProofWriter Business Requirements*
- Create process flow for *Criterion Handbook development process*.
- Review/update Criterion Use Cases, Functional Enumerated Requirements
and Technical Specifications associated with changes planned for the
Criterion 10.1 release.
- Update ERMA User Guide to comply with *ERMA Release 1.1.0.0 *
- Update existing NLP application matrix; Create profile template and
complete profiles for all *NLP applications *
- Review all NLP processes & procedures ensuring SOPs documented are up
to date for all *NLP production applications*

*Experience*
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform
each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Person must
demonstrate expertise in the skill set listed in the Skills section below
and is expected to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. *Knowledge of ETS SDLC and Power Designer is a plus*, but
we are willing to train an individual.

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* 4+ years experience with the Skill Set
below
1. Strong analysis skills – be able to think analytically to solve
business process problems and challenges
2. Strong written and oral communication skills
3. Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements, use
cases, user interface and technical specifications
4. Ability to document process flows and processes, activity diagrams
5. Ability to create development and production procedures
6. Ability to multi-task and resolve issues
7. Knowledge and solid understanding of SDLC
8. Ability to work closely with developers, testers, and external
development vendors
9. Experience / knowledge in the following areas a plus:
a. ETS NLP Applications
b. Power Designer
c. Dimensions
Four + years or more of experience and general knowledge in business systems
analysis, with the skill set outlined above. Excellent oral and written
communication skills are necessary. Good interpersonal skills are required
to function in a team environment.
