We have a large local government entity that is experiencing performance issues with its fiber optic network. The problem is the amount of time it takes for the transmission of data files across this network. Two product firms *(CISCO and their local reseller)* have been brought in to conduct diagnostics; however, there has not been an acceptable solution proposed, nor a method for diagnosing the problem. The entity has acquired a diagnostic tool from Fluke Networks.
We are seeking a specialized telecommunications consultant who can recommend tools to quickly identify problems and recommend corrective actions. Anyone have any suitable consultants?
