Must also have a sound understanding of the application of the Oracle Forms tool set in the delivery of complex business systems requiring extensive business rules and customization. Experience with Oracle DB & PL/SQL is required; APEX knowledge is must. Environment is Oracle 10g - but experience with other (recent) environments is OK.
