This person must be creatively talented, have a good technical understanding, and really good at combining creativity and website design to achieve business objectives. ? Skills & Experience: ? Develop high-quality and broad range of creative solutions and concepts that are new, refreshing, and exciting. Be able to present the creative vision and business thinking behind the concepts ? Create engaging, high-quality, interactive design solutions for website after learning the existing application flow ? Expert in UI, UX and IA for all aspects of the website that include improvements in: user interface in menu, navigation and design, user experience in flow of website relative to details of information architecture, content and creative flow and balance, capitalization of user expectations ? Create detailed workflow solutions, page flow diagrams, detailed page-level wireframes , low-fidelity and hi-fidelity screen design and prototyping, Generate and maintain site maps ? Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on new business initiatives and platform enhancements, generate and maintain detailed design specifications, document content structure, page templates, and interfaces, develop user interface standards, requirements gathering, documenting and tracking ? Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, information design, interaction design, goal-oriented design and visual design ?
