months; Location: San Jose, CA; *

Details: Candidate needs to have 4-6 yrs of exp alongwith thorough
understanding of IT SDLC/PLC. Strong leadership, communication and
facilitation skills. Ability to document and follow thru with the teams.
Good understanding of Industry IT technology stacks (Integration, ERP, Web
etc). What is current and what is emerging and how it applies to business at
a very high level. Ability to moderate/orchestrate discussions and conflict
management etc.



*Position: SAP Time and Payroll Consultant (with deep Payroll and Time
Schema/Rules knowledge); Location: Edmonton, CANADA*

Details: Payroll implementation and strong configuration experience
(including expertise in *Rules/Schemas*) where they can help with design,
build, test and deployment of a solution.  I am looking for someone that is
a quick starter so they can jump right in and work with limited direction.
Candidate must have worked on a complex payroll background. There must be a
*Union* background in the *payroll*. The organization where the
implementation was carried out must be large at least 10000+ Employees.



*Position: Pro E Modeler; Location: Chicago, IL; Duration: 6 months [
multiple positions]*

   - For ProE Modeler, look for Super Modeler in ProE Modeling (hands on
   exp) with ability to guide people in designing aspects. Casting experience
   must be there. For Engine Checker, look for resources good in 2D drawings,
   castings experience and GD&T. For Designer, the candidate needs to have
   experience in CATIA/VS/Unigraphics and some ProE with experience designing
   new concepts. Look for MATLAB exp.
   - Quality guy should have experience with quality checking for Engine
   Blocks and carburetor coming out of the production lines. Whether quality of
   product is good or not. Exp with FMEA tool, QS9000 experience and Casting
   exp is very important.
