Serve as technology integrator for the OTC Team to understand system gaps. Partner wit OTC Process Team to ensure that as a result of the Fit/Gap analysis RICEF objects are clearly identified. Create and manage an end to end RICEF deliverable project plan ( FD creation through Assembly Test). Coordinate build activities across all technology delivery team and ensure deliverables are received in the time for the System Test. Prioritize design, development, and test activities for technology delivery team. Proactively support technology leadership by identifying issues and risks that may delay deliverables. Serve as primary point of contact for the OTC for issue resolution. ** ** ** *Job Qualifactions Competencies/ Behaviors:* ** *6-10 years of experience in IT.* BS in Computer Science, Business, or Information Systems preferred. Project management experience and familiarity with Microsoft Project. Technology role on previous experience of working on large proje Knowledge of FLNA or other CPG companies that utilize DSD very beneficial. SAP implantation experience is a MUST. Hands experience with ECC STRONGLY desired. Experience with SRM, CRM, BI, EP, or SEM beneficial. SAP performance tuning experience very beneficial. Willingness to travel between Chicago and Plano. TIBCO, Informatica, or XI experience is a plus. Understanding of Finance processes and the systems that support it. Complete understanding of the roles of each the technology delivery teams. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. Strong facilitation skills.
