Works with the HRMS Corporate Systems team on Production support for PeopleSoft 8.9, Plateau LMS and other HR systems
Complete Description: Analyst works in the HRMS Corporate Systems team. Works with the business functional owners on a day-to-day basis to provide quality HRMS support. Responsible for analysis, requirements, testing, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems activities associated with employee information. o Leads/conducts the analysis of existing processes and related measures, documents process flows, and recommends improvements for efficiency. o Leads/performs system analysis, writes business requirements, defines solution, writes test scripts, and performs testing as needed for system upgrades and enhancements. Develops project plans, and manages all project activities to ensure successful project completion. o May provide some reporting from PeopleSoft using various tools or query o Participates in internal and external audits Ensures data integrity, functionality and maintenance. o Educates, trains, and updates HRIS users on system functionality.
