Title : Accounting and Finance Integration Leader Start Date immediate Location Richmond, Virginia Duration 1 year Domain - Integration Lead with knowledge of Insurance platforms Mode of hire: Contractor position with potential for full time hire The resource filling this position will be dedicated to the Accounting and Finance Source to Report program stream of the overall client program. * * *Essential Functions (Responsibilities):* v Lead the effort to identify, analyze, prioritize and implement all data elements required for the successful Accounting/Finance solution v Help define basis for accounting treatment for Earnings Calculations, Reinsurance, IBNR Loss reserving v Partner with multiple functional and technical teams in Accounting, Finance, IT, and all client programs on determining requirements, planning, interdependencies v Identify Accounting & Finance outbound standard data feeds available from Source Systems such as Camilion & Guide wire v Define Accounting & Finance integration requirements for Source Systems *Qualifications Required:* v Good working knowledge in P& C (Property and Casualty) Insurance platforms with integration to Financial Systems – preferably Camilion or Guide wire Suite ** v Excellent communication, organization, analytical and technical writing skills** v Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage concurrent deadline deliverables** v Proven track record of working well with multiple stakeholders and team members, v Quick learner who can become knowledgeable on multiple systems in a short timeframe** v Finance systems and process knowledge v Minimum 3-5 years experience implementing and integrating accounting and finance applications for the insurance industry v Experience translating business requirements to technical specifications v Working knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), instance management and Change Control --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
