Role Summary/Purpose
We are looking for highly skilled, highly motivated team players, wanting to

consisting of individuals with strong skill sets and a team player attitude.
Your primary responsibility on the team will be to design, document, manage,
and execute appropriate test cases, sets, and suites that will allow us to
deliver the highest possible quality product.
Essential Responsibilities
* Create, develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases
* Establish test sets and suites for smoke, feature, and acceptance
tests
* Establish test processes and requirements traceability documents
* Develop test environment using test automation tools and agile methods
* Establish dashboard for easy accessibility to execution status
* Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies and options
* Participate in agile project & task planning and execution
* Collaborate with product management and technical writers to ensure
manuals are in synch with the software to ensure that quality is "built in"
from the ground up
* Ensure compatibility of our products with clinical IT standards
* Work in cross-functional project teams that include Development,
Marketing, Usability, Software Quality Assurance, Customer Learning, and
Support
Qualifications/Requirements
* This position is open to internal and external candidates
* BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
* 5+ Years experience testing complex client server data driven software
products
* 2+ Years experience testing .NET based software
* Demonstrated Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated initiative and analytical thinking style.
* Proven track record of being a strong team player.
* A demonstrated positive and result-focused "can-do" attitude.
* Unrestricted Clearance to work in the United States
*Desired Characteristics*
* Experience with test in an Agile SDLC and/or SCRUM and solid
understanding of agile testing methods, current QA methodologies, best
practices, and toolsets.
* Experience with testing FDA-regulated software systems
* Test, issue tracking, build and/or configuration management experience
with Rally, Microsoft's Visual Studio 2008 Test Edition and Team Foundation
Server.
* Knowledge of HCIT and appropriate interoperability standards such as
DICOM, HL7 & HL7 CDA, CCOW, IHE workflows, SNOMED.
* An understanding of HIPAA, identity management, auditing, and access
control
