General
Review, discuss, and understand technical program specifications for
this project
Adherence to Owens Corning ITCC quality methodology (excluding SAP).
Complete system configuration/development per specifications
Conduct testing of each configuration change in each affected
process model
Correct any bugs identified in program testing.
Correct any bugs identified by the project team during systems
testing.
Create technical program documentation per OC standards.
Provide frequent status and issues updates to project team members.
Design and implement the requested process model changes, metric
configurations, template configurations and reports to the following system
modules:
Idea Management
Project Management (Stage-Gate processes)
Resource Management
Portfolio Management
Technical Expertise Needed:
* [% of time: 60%] MS Office VBA experience a must for template
deliverable configuration – especially in MS Excel (Template Deliverables
also exist in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Project – current version MS
Office 2003)*
* [% of time: 20%] SQL is required for establishing queries for some
HTML reporting*
* [% of time: 10%] HTML Report Design*
* [% of time: 10%] QlikView Report Design*

1. Idea Management (Sopheon Accolade software)
a. Process Model Changes – Define, design and implement the Idea
Management process model per specifications as defined by the project team
as they become available.
b. Metric Configuration – Add/Modify/Delete database metrics/fields
as needed to support the Idea Management process model design.
c. Template Configuration – Design and implement the specific
template configurations as defined by the project team as they become
available.
d. Reporting – Design and implement the specific reports as defined
by the project team as they become available.
2. Project Management (Sopheon Accolade software)
a. Process Model Changes – Define, design and implement the Project
Management process model per specifications as defined by the project team
as they become available.
