Role of the Senior Solutions Architect: · Facilitate as-is process mapping with business and Sales/Finance stakeholders · Expert business process re-engineering experience · Document current state business processes in a detailed, rigorous manner using standard process mapping techniques: 1. Process swim lanes 2. Data/Reporting flow diagrams 3. Calendar of standing management meetings and decision making flows 4. Organization charts 5. Roles and Responsibilities matrix (ie, RACI) 6. Key Performance Indicators (ie, KPIs) 7.
