*Job Description:* * * Role: Lead OPA Rules Developer and OPA Lead Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months Rate: Rate plus expense Client Location: Topeka, KS The role holder will be responsible for rules development for the program. They will own the process for the implementation of the rules in OPA. They will define the principles of how and where OPA is used with the application architecture and provide guidance to design and development teams to achieve the optimal benefit from the tool. The role holder will do the initial rule development, but the emphasis needs to be on moving towards making the development team self sufficient. The solution being implemented is based on Siebel, so a significant number of the rules will be called from Siebel. The successful applicant will be experienced in: Haley BRMS / Oracle OPA technical skills. Knowledge of best practices, Rule development, Oracle ESB experience/knowledge required. Desirably candidates will have experience of rule modeling, Siebel OPA Integration adapter, and General Siebel experience.
