*Role Title: SAP Trainer / Change Management*

Duration: 4 months

*Job Description: *

SAP centered implementation, but includes work process changes

Develop curriculum for end users in assigned functional / work process area
of responsibility

Lead training design, development and delivery for assigned courses from
overall Training Program Plan  Manage relationship with GTIN training lead
counterpart

Coach Accenture analysts (North America & GTIN) and client team resources on
instructional design principles, development techniques and best practices

Review training and performance support materials for content quality

Create and manage relationships with functional client and ACN SMEs

Final Training products will likely include ILT, WBT, Perf Sim / Perf
Support; Authoring tools include uPerform and Lectora; Functional areas
include Finance, Purchasing, HR, Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing,
Maintenance, EH&S, and Supply Chain"



*Role: Technical writer w/SAP knowledge(2 Resources)*
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 4 Months

Pay Rates: 50-55ish



*Full Description*
Authoring of documents related to the new offering being developed,
including sales and marketing material, white papers, test results reports,
certification specifications, proposal responses, etc.
Mandatory Skills: Technical Writing and Communication, Technical
Illustration, PPT, Visio, Word
Nice to have Skills: Infrastructure Architecture, virtualization, SAP
Functional Knowledge – FICO, HTR, or OTC



*Required Skills*
• Performance Test Planning and Management skills on SAP
• Loadrunner scripting and execution
