*Build Engineer - AIX (1 Position) *Location: Seattle WA Rate:$50/hr Build Engineer will be responsible to develop and implement complex software build solutions in AIX/ JAVA platform. This individual collaborates with project teams in the scheduling and building of software. In addition, this engineer ensures that packaged code is available at all stages of the project, employs the most efficient processes to deploy applications, and configured to match needs at each appropriate stage of the SDLC. - Minimum 3 years of build/packaging function experience within a professional setting · Should have excellent communication skills and collaboration skills · Strong technical proficiency with IBM AIX/WAS platforms · Technical proficiency with Tivoli (TSAM, TPM) and WebSphere Commerce - Proven experience developing software build plans and strategies - Demonstrable experience administering, maintaining, and deploying a build system and technologies for continuous integration - Experience with multi-platform scripting frameworks and languages such as Korn and Bash is a plus - Experience with fundamental network services such as DNS, DHCP, IRAS - Experience interacting with SQL and/or DB2 queries, updates, etc. a plus. - Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all management levels. ** I look forward to hear from you and hope that I can be a help in your job quest.
