Performance Engineer opening in CA, We need a true Performance Engineer, not
a QA/Tester or a Developer that has done some Performance Engineering.
Ultimately someone that has also done Performance Analysis - deep analysis
of results and making recommendations, BA skills, Load and Stress testing,
experience in large scale environments including Unix and IBM Portal.
Requires 6+ years experience developing and/or leading performance issues on
projects, such as:
o System performance monitoring, tuning and reporting
o Software tool performance monitoring, tuning and reporting
o Preparation of software tuning recommendations
*Experience with most of the following technical skills *
o Performance Center Load Runner 9 – Vugen, LR Analysis
o Shell, Perl scripting
o AIX 5.2 and above
o Solaris 10
o C/C++
o Java
o WebSphere 6.1 (Application Server and Portal)
o SOA and web services on zLinux platform
o Oracle db performance analysis
*Proficiency with Monitoring tools *
Vmstat, Netstat, Iostat, NMON, ESAR
Sitescope
WebSphere - Tivoli ITCAM, Foglight GC analysis tools
*Bachelor’s degree*
o Personable and diplomatic team player with the ability to work
well in a team environment
o Experience in a technical role on at least 2 full lifecycle
medium-sized projects lasting more than 6 months
o Ability to define and distill detailed functional and
non-functional technical requirements
