Location: *Baltimore, MD* Duration: *1040 hrs* *(around 6 months)* *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!!* *THE CANDIDATE MUST ALSO:* Analyze complex education accountability and performance reporting and data storage requirements with end users Prepare data models that support the creation of data structures, development, and dashboard development Create business data models in Oracle 11g, ERWIN, and Oracle OBIEE business model layer Demonstrate all aspects of proper communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. The candidate must articulate clear and concise responses to the interview questions Possess good interpersonal communication skills and proper attire. *Preferred candidates will meet the following criteria*: Education - BS in computer science.. At least six (6) years of experience designing and developing data warehousing database star schemas, 3N data forms, and OLAP cubes At least six (6) years of experience with OBIEE business layer modeling with skills in dimensions, hierarchies, parameters, alerts, drill downs, and custom calculations At least six (6) years of experience programming in SQL and PL/SQL At least four (4) years of experience analyzing user requirements and translating them into system designs using various design tools and techniques. At least one (1) years of experience in developing K-12 career and technology education, National Clearinghouse, and/or early childhood student data structures Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to work with end-users.
