*Job Summary: *Act an IT Project Manager and point of contact, supporting multiple business lines and competing priorities. Manages complex projects supporting data warehousing environment. Assesses resource requirements and leads project teams. Acts as technical liaison to the business, translating of business goals and objectives to technical plans and requirements. Applies project management methodologies and structure, managing the development of project plans and estimates of project life spans. Manages activities among involved staff in technology and the business. Conducts/participates in project meetings and manages project tracking, analysis and reporting. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies. *Essential Functions Performed: *1. Coordinates the assimilation and coordination of project information and monitors project execution to include facilitation, implementation and support. 2. Develops and coordinates multiple project plans, tracks project tasks, issue resolution, status/dashboard reporting, and quality control. 3. Acts as a technical liaison, bridging the gap between technical specialists and business line leadership. 4. Champions an environment where dynamic projects are developed. Models leadership behaviors and provides forums for the open exchange of information and ideas. 5. Provides project oversight and direction, coordinating activities across groups and projects as required. 6. Manages multiple concurrent projects of significant complexity including participation in major enterprise or infrastructure initiatives. 7. Develops, tunes and employs project management methodologies, developing hi-level project plans and estimating project life spans. Manages the utilization of project management tools and skills, applies broad knowledge of internal processes and systems and consistently partners with appropriate business and technical staff. 8. Manages project from inception through implementation and deployment. 9. Oversees the integration of vendor tasks as needed, managing vendor relationships to mutual benefit. 10. Proactively identifies and communicates with all impacted functions soliciting input and information to ensure successful project planning, implementation and deployment. 11. Drive release schedule, environment migration and implementations (along with Release Coordinator) 12. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required. 13.Contributes to a positive, ethical and respectful working environment and communicates openly with others. Models Company culture both internally and externally *Knowledge: *4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required. PMP preferred 10+ years related experience required. 1. Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills. 2. Can juggle competing priorities making sound business decisions based on goals and objectives. 3. Demonstrated ability to engage the support of others to achieve project goals and objectives. 4. Regulatory, Commercial and Retail banking knowledge helpful. 5. Previous experience managing technical staff with demonstrated leadership abilities. 6. Can influence without authority to successfully secure the sponsorship and support of various business and technical partners to achieve project goals and objectives. 7. Experience managing large scale, complex technology projects in a warehousing environment. 8. Experience with bank integrations. 9. Basel II and other risk experience preferred. 10.
