He/She has to possess strong background of working on classic ASP, at least 5-6 years of experience on Classic ASP/SQL Server 2005/2008.Will have to work on Classic ASP There are some plans to move to dot net based product down the line(in another year) Soft skills requirements: Good communication skills, innovative, intelligent way of doing things and ability to work independently with the client.
