The primary goal of the Lead Technical Specialist is to create system architecture designs and analyze technical requirements. The position entails designing, implementing, and maintaining code and data. Responsibilities include the review and analysis of business and functional requirements. Candidate will be required to participate in architecture and design reviews. Position requires the ability to perform technical analysis, implement complex solutions based on approved designs and investigate/debug issues within complex program modules. The successful candidate must have 8 to 10 years of professional software development experience with extensive knowledge in MS Visual Studio C++/MFC. Experience in C# is a plus. Must have experience with OO design and implementation. Position requires excellent English oral (English) and written communication skills.
