*Systems Design and Application Maintenance* Location: *Downey, CA* Rate: *$80 per/hr on w2* ** *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TELEPHONIC ROUND!!!!* *Duration:* Approximately twelve (12) months from the date of execution *Anticipated Hours*:It is anticipated that the Consultant(s) will work full time on a flexible schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri. Consultant may be required to work additional hours and weekends to complete work assignments on schedule. *Miscellaneous*:Free parking will be provided at the above location only.Parking at other locations will not be reimbursed.Travel will be required to Los Angeles Superior Court for meetings: 320 W. Temple Street, Room G-25, Los Angeles, CA 90012; travel expenses and mileage will not be reimbursed. *The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum requirements:* 1. Five (5) years of experience within the last six (6) years in all of the following areas: a. Application programming on IBM mainframes using IMS databases; b. Development of 3270 IMS screen displays using IMS Message Formatting Services (MFS); c. Code and generate Program Specification Blocks (PSB); d. Development of COBOL IMS message processing (MP), Batch DL/I and Batch Message Processing (BMP) programs. 2. Five (5) years of experience within the last six (6) years in the following areas: a. OS/JCL; b. TS0 ISPF; c. Use of Batch Terminal Simulator (BTS) to debug COBOL progrms using IMS DB/DC. 3. One (1) year of experience within the last eight (8) years in the following areas: a. Use of IBM AD Tools to debug COBOL programs using IMS DB/DC: b. Use of Micro Focus Revolve to perform application analysis, documentation and application system inventory.
