*Data Administration* *(Only W2 candidates)* Location: *Downey, CA* *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TELEPHONIC ROUND!!!!* *Duration:* Approximately twelve (12) months from date of execution of Work Order. *Anticipated Hours:* It is anticipated that the work will be performed full-time on a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, during the term of this work order. Additional hours may be required to complete critical tasks. *Miscellaneous:* Parking will be provided free of charge at the above location only; parking expenses at other locations will not be reimbursed.Travel will be required to other County locations, travel expenses will not be reimbursed. *The Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:* 1. Must have three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, developing Oracle PL/SQL programming. 2. One (1) year experience, within the last two (2) years, developing/maintaining web systems. 3. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, using Java, J2EE application development. 4. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, developing and executing programs using ETL tools (extract, transform and load). 5. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, using MS Visio, MS Office, and MS Access database. 6. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, using XML, PLSQL, C# programming languages. 7. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, supporting, maintaining and/or managing a data warehouse. • Design and implement reports, framework models and report definitions. Implement analytics for executive management. • Focus on metrics and trend analysis to highlight Probation business issues and/or support business decisions. Analyze end user requirements and design report mock-ups and specifications. Assist in troubleshooting post-production performance issues with end user report queries. Demonstrate best practices for accessing and analyzing data in a data warehouse, data mart or operational systems to functional and technical users. Automate reports as appropriate. Provide training on reporting tools. Act as internal expert on technical aspects of report writing.
