*The selected candidate must meet all the following minimum qualifications:* 1. Two (2) years' experience within the last three (3) years supporting IBM Mainframe Z Series operating system environments and operating systems internals, architecture, operations, security, and storage management controls. 2. One (1) year experience within the last two (2) years working in the public sector including adhering to the mandated Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) security regulations and guidelines. 3. Two (2) years' experience in the last five (5) years in mainframe subsystems and program products including: MQ Series, JOB scheduling systems CA-7 and Control-M and IBM utilities. 4. Three (3) years' experience within the last five (5) years developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive security programs for IBM-based applications utilizing ACF2. 5. Two (2) years' experience within the last five (5) years as a senior-level IBM mainframe ACF2 administrator including Global Systems Options (GSO) records, IMS and CICS command and transaction controls, UNIX System Service facility security, OMVS profile definitions, SAF definitions, ACF2 control records, ACF2 product verification, configuration, testing and rule administration. Must also have experience ACF2 utilities and in reading, interpreting and generating reports from SMF records generated by z/OS and ACF2. 6. Three (3) years' experience within the last five (5) years with IBM programming, maintenance, and support on an enterprise level utilizing the following languages: COBOL, REXX, CLIST, IMS, CICS and Basic Assembler Language (BAL). Experience must include program development in all the following: a)BAL of exits for z/OS systems, IMS, CICS, DB2 and ACF2. b)Strong knowledge of Batch REXX, REXX under TSO, REXX interface to ACF2 commands. c)An enterprise distributed administration tool for security administrators. 7.Two (2) years' experience within the last five (5) years writing data security related rules including CLIST, TSO, ISPF and SAF interface. 8. Two (2) years' experience in the last five (5) years in object-oriented analysis, design and programming using Microsoft C#, Java and/or C/C++. Knowledge must include basic networking within Windows environment, LDAP, and Active Directory. 9. Two (2) years' experience within the last four (4) years managing projects using Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
