The project deliverables all revolve around replacing many data interfaces passing between our client and their service provider (the vendor), implementation of supporting business processes, and creation of reporting packages that promote performance management and tracking. The Lead BA will play a key role in helping the project team ensure that Business Requirements are successfully translated into design and implementation. The Lead BA will interface primarily with Business-side Project Managers overseeing 11 functional workgroups, as well as the IT Project Manager and Lead IT Analyst who will drive technical design, build and QA. REQUIRED SKILLS: -Map Process Flows in Visio -Gather and write Business Requirements -Create Test Plans for UAT -Manage user acceptance test tracking and managing defects and developing key performance indicator dashboards for performance management.
