*Duties and Responsibilities:* ·Meet with end-users and develop requirements for functionality to be developed and deployed. ·Develop functional design documents of the functionality to be deployed and lead the development and implementation effort. ·In support of data conversion efforts, develop data mapping of legacy data to Maximo and coordinate with programmers to execute the migration. ·Develop/edit Maximo screens using Maximo’s Application Designer and xml files as applicable. ·Perform database configuration changes as required to support new functionality. ·Develop design specifications for custom Maximo reports. ·Create and manage Maximo system users and security groups including changes to system privileges and permissions. ·Develop training documentation for functionality to be deployed. ·Provide training to end-users. ·Provide daily support to users. ·Attend various meetings and workshops. ·Perform quality control and identify errors or omissions. Direct the remediation of these. ·Maintain documentation, online and hard copy, as required. ·Establish and maintain positive working relationships with DC Water management and staff. ·Other duties may be required and assigned. *Education and Experience:* ·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ·A minimum of 4 years experience using Maximo (experience configuring and deploying Maximo is a plus) ·Experience in working with clients to define and document application requirements ·Industry knowledge in water/wastewater utility environments considered a plus *Knowledge and Abilities: *·Ability to work with minimal supervision ·Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio ·Familiarity with SQL+ is a plus ·Ability to develop reports using the BIRT report writing tool is a plus ·Proactive and comprehensive troubleshooting and problem solving skills ·Self-motivated learner who continually keeps up to date with new technology ·Experience in Water/Wastewater sector assignments preferred ·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people ·Written and verbal English language proficiency In order to apply for same, send me your updated resume along with 3 professional references and let me know the best time to reach you.
