* * *Job Description:* *Location: Broomfield, CO * *Start date: ASAP* *Duration: until March 2012 (with possibility of extension)*** *Rate: $50/hr on C2C * *Skills required: * In terms of roles/responsibilities, all of the technical roles will involve being *designers/developers in a distributed Agile (scrum-based) development environment.** *Scrum teams consist of ~6-8 team members with 3-5 developers, plus a scrum master, functional arch and test/QA managers. Each Scrum team works very closely on 2 week development sprints. There is considerable interaction with business partners and business representatives. Production Releases occur every month in an integrated fashion and the scrum teams are responsible for release planning, execution (with assistance from the infrastructure teams) as well as post-release validation and post-production warranty break/fix efforts. In lieu of detailed specs/design docs, *developers in this environment are expected to work within Continuous Integration frameworks and there is a major focus on developing automated unit tests and documented code coverage. * *Developers must be able to provide expected task descriptions and associated LOEs at the start of each sprint.** Team members are expected to attend daily stand up meetings providing real-time status and any impediments.
