Position: Web content management (WCM) BA
Location: Charlotte.NC
Length: 4-6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: $OPEN = plus expenses
Requirements:
1. Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working
with WCM (ECM) solutions in corporate environments.- Heavy Client
Interfacing role!!!!
2. Must have a solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management
principals and philosophies.
a. Broad knowledge of IT, including document management and workflow
systems.
i. Understanding of
where your data is stored, how it will need to be accessed, and how it can
be secured.
b. MUST HAVE FATWIRE Experience – Now Oracle FATWIRE
3. Must have prior experience leading the requirements gathering
process with clients and creating formal requirements documentation,
including wire-framing of the user interface, workflow diagrams, and use
cases/user stories including:
a. Define the technologies that will need to comprise the solution
along with functional and integration enhancements required to support
business applications in the vertical market.
b. Define and manage a cross-product roadmap/schedule for delivering
the solution.
c. Meet w/ customers in the market to learn about their business
processes and technical requirements, and to validate the solution plan.
4. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator.
6. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project.
