- Design, manage and evolve the overall look and feel for SMB online stores. - Participate in planning sessions to define and execute a site evolution strategy. - Establish and manage an Online Visual Standards and Guidelines to govern the creation and approval of the design across our global sites. - Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams to identify, prioritize and manage design projects throughout their lifecycle. - Identify industry UX trends and turn customer knowledge and insights into overall User Experience improvement plans. - Develop and coordinate the execution of the UX roadmap across the global eCommerce sites. - Monitor and communicate performance of all user experience initiatives to business stakeholders. - Manage scenario development, task flow creation and analysis of user needs. - Develop testing scenarios and manage the execution of customer usability tests. - Collaborate with copywriting team in authoring and editing copy that resonates with customer segments. *Skills :-* - Experience in similar roles for complex E-Commerce/direct online marketing organizations. - Proven experience with sites that have dynamic, database-driven content. - Management experience of small teams (5+ people) is preferred. - Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred or equivalent work experience. - Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve results. - Demonstrated understanding of ecommerce/direct marketing industry with expertise in the fundamentals of user-centered design, usability evaluation, user path analysis, interaction design, information architecture, visual. - Communication design, scenario building, use case development and interactive prototype development. - Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver and other professional design tools. - Understands the features of complex coding capabilities of interactive programming languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery and JavaScript. - Deep understanding of content management systems. - Expert User Interface design skills. - Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Education :-* - Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred or equivalent work experience.
