*Required Skills*

   - Three to six years of structured project methodology (Agile Waterfall)
   experience with increasing involvement and complexity.
   - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or comparable job-related experience
   is required.
   - Proven ability to successfully work with stakeholders and other IT
   departments.
   - Effective leadership skills with the ability to work within in a team
   environment.
   - Effective listening and communication skills.
   - Ability to promote and build teams.
   - Effective negotiation skills with the ability.
   - Ability to successfully deliver solutions to business problems that
   support the business speed to value paradigm.
   - Knowledge the software life cycle from initial assessment gathering,
   through post implementation analysis.
   - Effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task on
   several projects simultaneously and self manage activities while promoting a
   cooperative team atmosphere.
   - Adaptable to change and different types of communication styles.
   - Effective problem solving skills with the ability to effectively
   identify and resolve issues and risk.
   - Effective presentation skills with the ability to make presentations.
   - Information Technology acumen in technologies, products and processes.
   - Experience conducting vendor system assessments.
   - Must have experience in the deployment and management of COTS software
   packages in both internal hosted and external service provider
   environments.
   - Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.



*Preferred Skills*

Experience with Human Resource Management and Learning Management Systems
(Plateau, Docent, Success Factors), standards and business needs.  Large
Enterprise software deployment experience, IIBA, PMI, PDLC,  Agile, Scrum,
ITIL, basic understanding of CMMI Project methodology, Green Belt, Siebel,
Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft, , Organizational Learning Systems, proficiency with
Microsoft Visio.


*Responsibilities:*

This Solutions Analyst is responsible for collecting and documenting the
initial analysis for program and solution definition.  This analysis
includes working with various resources on requirements gathering, analysis,
design, documentation, support and delivery of solutions. The candidate must
also be able to perform each of these aspects in within a COTS or SDLC based
initiative and have experience with various support models. The solutions
analyst is expected to quickly develop subject matter expertise in one or
more related areas. Additionally, the solutions analyst is responsible for
cultivating and applying an understanding of client’s methodology, policies,
standards, and internal and external controls. The Solutions Analyst
interacts with solutions team (including 3rd party vendors), supporting IT
teams, and business representatives to analyze requests, accurately size,
plan, deliver, and support the required solution.



The candidate will partner with Human Capital Management and Corporate
Administration business units to help deliver high quality solutions while
building a strong partnership that complement each team. It is expected that
the candidate will also seek to support and continually improve best
practices across the client’s IT department.
