Need to have specialized knowledge in Enterprise Software Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Cloud Computing, Database design, Design Methodologies, Product development life cycle and deployment. Be a team player and team lead. Managing and coordinating projects. Ability to Perform liaison functions between clients and project players. Exceptional skills in modern system architecture and design as well as developing applications using C++, Java, J2EE (JSF, JSP, Servlets, JSTL, Taglibs, EJB, JMS), Web Services, JAXB, Struts, XML, Jboss, Weblogic, Oracle 9i, Toplink, spring and Hibernate. Focus strongly both on timely delivery and making systems the best through OO design, UML, Rational Rose, Performance analysis, resolving scalability issues, Test driven development, Agile Methodologies, Automated testing, re-architecture, refactoring and user experience analysis. Any hands on experience with a Judiciary system, executing many of the duties and responsibilities BS in Computer Science or related field.
