Here is what we are looking for:



*Mandatory Requirements*

   - Associate's degree
   - Must have a minimum of two years application development experience
   using one or more of the following concepts and technologies:
      - Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development
      -  UML
      -  XML
      - N-tiered client/server development
      - Web services
      - JAVA based tools such as:
         - Websphere
         - Enterprise Java Beans
         - IBM HTTP Server
         - Ant – Java build tool

 Must have a minimum of two years experience performing development work in
one or more of the following specialty areas:

    - Visual Studio .Net (or latest version)
      - Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g or higher
      - IIS
      - GUI
      - Windows NT/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System)
      - C++
      - Visual Basic 6.0
      - COM+
      - Unisys Cobol
      - Micro Focus Cobol
      - Mapper
      - RDMS
      - Telecommunications

 *Desired skills*

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

   - At least 3 years experience in client, business tier and data tier
   application development of complex, n-tiered client server applications
   using .NET.
   - At least 3 years experience developing applications using VB.NET and
   WPF.
