Key Job Functions · Collect and review existing technical documentation · Work with the Business Analyst, Architects and Software Developers to understand the problem domain and arrive at effective solutions to meet the business needs. · Work with the Solution Architect and other Software Developers to design, develop and document the web application. · Document technical decisions, design and architecture for inclusion in required technical documentation Qualifications Required Technical Experience · 5 years of experience working with object oriented design, with a strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and related concepts. · 5 years of experience working with C# · 3 years of experience working with Web Services including REST · 3 years of designing and building ASP.NET MVC applications, with recent experience in ASP.NET MVC 3 · 3 years of experience working with jQuery and JSON · 2 years of experience working with Unity, StructureMap, Castle Windsor, or Ninject · 2 years of experience working with NHibernate or Entity Framework 4 Preferred Experience · 2 years of experience designing and developing applications using SQL Server 2005/2008 · 1 year of experience working in Visual Studio 2010 and .NET 4 Other Experience · Demonstrated proficiency and experience in documenting technical details in a variety of contexts, including white-boarding, UML and system diagrams. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work well with others and independently as required.
