*Duties / Responsibilities *·Utilize industry best practices for implementing/integrating/supporting current and future network infrastructure (including, switches, routers, firewalls, servers, workstations, etc.); ·Ensure optimal network performance in support of Prolaw, OPD’s mission-critical enterprise application; ·Provide recommendations and lead activities related to ongoing network infrastructure maintenance/modifications/enhancements, operating system maintenance, and software integration; ·Configuration and maintenance of CISCO routers, switches and firewalls; ·Configure and maintain Dell server hardware; ·OSX System Administration; ·Configuration and maintenance of BlueCoat proxy appliance; ·Configuration and maintenance of BlueCoat antivirus appliance; ·Virtual Private Networking (VPN) configuration and support; ·Configure and maintain inter and intra agency fiber optic connections; ·Provide Tier 3 support for Help Desk operations; ·Configuration and support of multifunction print devices; ·Managing backup and recovery procedures (Veritas); ·Configure and maintain Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices; ·Act as technical liaison for OPD in dealings with outside parties; ·Perform other support tasks as assigned by OPD. *Minimum Qualifications* ·At least five (5) years experience supporting and maintaining Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition cluster. ·At least five (5) years experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise in a production clustered environment. ·At least six (5) years experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 in a production environment. ·At least five (5) years experience managing and supporting Cisco Catalyst 4500, 3500, or 2900 series switches. ·At least five (5) years experience managing and supporting Cisco 3600, 2600, 1800, or 1000 series routers. ·At least five (5) years experience managing and supporting Cisco VPN Concentrator 3060 series and hardware and software clients.
