Description :

Jr. Project Manager

Tasks
1. Develop, implement, manage, administer, and track project schedule,
project plan, project monitoring and control document, project execution
document, and project closeout document
2. Provide weekly status on state of schedule (on time, lagging,
dependencies, etc.)
3. Setup meetings
4. Record, disseminate, and manage meeting agendas and meeting notes
5. Track and manage cross-disciplinary tasks and the associated resource
assignments

Skills
1. At least 2 years of experience developing and managing schedules in
Microsoft Project
2. 5+ years experience in Information Technology
3. Creation of Project Management Methodology (PMM) phased documentation
including but not limited to project schedules, plans, monitoring and
control, execution, and closeout documents
4. Development of checklists and tracking tools
5. At least 2 years of experience and great comfort using Microsoft Office
(Word and Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills using English as the
primary language
7. Ability to multi-task
8. Ability to quickly understand assignment and customers
9. Perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision; no novices
10. Experience with Data Analytics using Excel and Pivot tables will be a
plus.
11. Experience with Database and SQL Queries will be a plus.
