This position requires attention to detail and intermediate excel spreadsheet experience. Technical Knowledge - Can hand draw, label, and associate network elements in a mobility environment. Has prior working experience with IP technology. Has prior working experience with ALU and Ericsson scripting and cell site integration. Has prior working experience or training on Femtocell/Microcell/Metrocell technology. Familiar with RF parameters, neighboring relationships, and E911 data translations. Customer Service - Relentlessly pursues information needed to keep work on-track to meet deadlines. Candidate Reliability - Does not let minor inconveniences prevent them from being at work. Can make full use of their time at work, never waste time, and give their best effort each day. Can adjust their work schedule fluidly to account for last minute work priorities in the 10P-6A maintenance window. Candidate Development - Stays current with all technical and corporate training requirements. Administrative Compliance - Can provide daily updates internally to account for assigned work activity.
