This candidate must have the following qualifications: · Project Requirements: 1. Oracle PL/SQL 2. Oracle Tuning § Performance § Materialized Views § Partitioning · Basic Requirements: 1. TOAD 2. Familiarity Agile [Scrum and XP Engineering Practices] 3. Familiarity with Continuous Integration 4. Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) 5. Good communication skills 6. Ability to collaborate in a team 7. Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for work to be assigned. 8. Someone who participates in discussions and who isn't afraid to have and state opinions. · Nice to have: 1. Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010 2. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 3. Common Language Runtime 4. ADO.NET 5. ASP.NET 6. LINQ 7. Dependency Injection (Spring.Net, Microsoft Unity, and etc.) 8. Unit Testing: § MSTest, NUnit § Mocking Framework (i.e.: MOQ) 9. Experience with Peer reviews 10.
