Title: Build and release Engineer Location: Glendale, AZ Duration: Long Term Requirement Details: ================================== Essential Duties and Responsibilities: . Experienced in code configuration management along with developing and maintaining build and deployment processes for Java based multi-tiered applications. . Manage existing release process from development hand off to QA to deployment into Production. . Identify and assist in design/implementation of necessary build tools to increase release efficiency; implement various automated solutions. . Administer, manage, and maintain source control system (SVN). Own builds, pre-release activities and all documentation associated with them. . Implement release deployment standards; troubleshoot and fix compilation or build script issues. . Architect and design a proper build, release and revision environment. . Act as a liaison between QA, application development, and operations. . Advocate new tools and processes to continuously improve build and source control efficiency. .
