Description Project/Role: Identifies and documents moderate to highly complex business requirements for future Medicaid data warehouse releases. Serves as a liaison to the business community. Performs user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective. Works with application architects to analyze and design data warehouse solutions to meet business requirements. Creates and maintains systems development documentation including functional requirements, use cases, test plans, and test cases. Transitions the requirements and use cases to Sr. Developers ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing. Performs testing according to test plans and documents test results. Supports users during user acceptance testing. Performs production verification. Troubleshoots and responds to moderately and highly complex client escalations. Frequent client communication both written and verbal with limited supervision. Responsible for maintaining client relationships. Helps identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Regularly peer reviews the work of others and occasionally mentors others.
