*Role:* Delivery manager *Length:* 6 Months contract *Location:* Columbus OH Strong communication skills needed. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience. - Minimum of six years, preferably eight or more years’ experience in all areas of the Application Development Lifecycle. - Two years of personnel management experience. - Experience with .Net, C#, IIS, WCF, WPF required - Experience with Oracle required - Demonstrated successful project management experience including Agile practices. - Excellent time management skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Ability to interface effectively across all levels within as well as external clients and vendors. - The ability to communicate ideas (verbal and written) to others at appropriate levels, in a clear concise manner. - Demonstrated problem management skills. - The ability to identify issues and proactively determine ways to resolve them. - The ability to promote cooperation among peers, subordinates, superiors and other teams toward achieving team and corporate goals. - The ability to mentor subordinates in skills that they need to develop and to advance in their career path.
