*Job Description:*

The Application Developer  (Informatica) is responsible for providing
technical direction and expertise for IT projects.  The Application
Developer will use project management methodologies and System Life Cycle
disciplines to ensure successful implementation of projects in support of
corporate initiatives.  The Application Developer performs detailed
analysis, develops detailed designs, programs and tests applications.  The
ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization is
essential.

*Requirements:*

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent in
experience and education required.

·         3+ year(s) experience designing and developing software with the
ability to design and implement reusable objects required. Minimum 1-3
years of Informatica experience required.

·         Proficient with various programming languages and tools.

·         Fundamental knowledge of SQL.  Proficient with relational
databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, and DB2.

·         Experience methodology based development, including agile and
waterfall.

·         Ability to navigate and work on multiple operating systems such
as Windows and Unix.

·         Experience with automated unit and/or functional testing methods
preferred.

·         Ability to work as part of a team or to be self-directed as
required.

·         Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Prior experience in the health care industry preferred.

·         Proven examples of displaying the IH values: Passion, Caring,
Collaborative, Respectful and Accountable.

·         Maintains confidentiality and uses only the minimum amount of
protected health information (PHI) necessary to accomplish job related
responsibilities.

·         Other duties as needed. Every associate is given a job
