This will be a public-facing system allowing users to review the status of claims. The agency needs an experienced programmer/analyst who has experience creating a similar type of system, who will be responsible for gathering requirements from users, documenting and designing a system to meet these requirements, programming the system, and ultimately delivering the product to the users.
