They will design the information architecture, global design standards while leveraging existing standards) and ensure the designs are executed in sprints as responsive designs for users on tablets and mobile phones. The individual should have the skills and mindset more closely aligned with human computer interaction or cognitive science graduates than software engineers or programmers. Experience or degrees in cognitive science and/or HCI is beneficial. Visual and graphical design skills are also beneficial. This position must also participate in cognitive walkthroughs of designs to ensure they are proper and usable by the identified user groups. They should be familiar with user profiles and personas and how to use them in design development and in a walkthrough.
