Fifth Ave, Columbus, Oh 43219 for the skills test. ******************************************************************************************************************************* *Detailed Day-To-Day Job Duties to be performed:* Meet with business area clients, assess business needs, identify user stories, design solutions, build prototypes, solicit feedback, iterate solutions, oversee UAT of the solutions, and deploy into the business area. Create solutions via using NCS (No Code Solutions) strategies of using existing out-of-the-box SharePoint services, features, apps, and web parts. Focus on selecting, arranging, and configuring components—without using Visual Studio,.Net programming, CSS or other HTML coding. Working as a team, assist other SharePoint team members in joint designs, joint reviews, and construction in a paired-programming strategy.. Continually pull user stories/solutions from the product backlog and seek to develop solutions rapidly (although sustainably) across 30-day iterations. *REQUIRED Skill Sets:* 5 months of experience and/or exposure to SharePoint 2013 5 years in experience with previous SharePoint Versions 2010 or 2007 Minimum 1 year experience in building work flows within SharePoint that have conditional logic and complexity utilizing Nintext Workflows. Minimum 1 year experience in online data gathering via InfoPath forms. Ability to work in an agile, cohesive team in pair-programming style with ample information sharing, mentoring, and sharing he coverage and support of solutions. Time management: the ability and motivation to manage the delivery of assigned user stories/features/solutions within a rapid, yet sustainable, scope-controlled pace. *DESIRED Skill Sets:* Linking SharePoint to external data repositories. Experience or proficiency SharePoint 2013 third-party add-ins: InfoPath, Dell Quick Apps, and Axceler Change Manager and Control Point.
