*Title: Sr. Consultant – ((InfoVista + SolarWinds) OR (InfoVista + Radius)
OR (InfoVista + Splunk))*

*Technical Requirements:*

·        4+ years of experience in design, development, implementation and
administration of NMS/OSS systems in a medium to large scale IT
environment, preferably multi-national Service Provider.

·        3+ years of experience as InfoVista (v 4.x) developer and/or
administrator. Experience with Vista360 required.

·        2+ years of experience as SolarWinds (v10.5) or Splunk developer
and/or administrator.

·        Expert at web development using Perl, PHP, Python and Shell
scripting in a *NIX & Windows environments. RDBMS, SOAP and REST API
experience is required.

·        Must have thorough understanding of network technologies such as
routing, switching, QoS, NetFlow, IPSLA and Multicast. CCNA certification
preferred.

·        Experienced administrator of *NIX, Windows & LAMP systems in
virtualized environment.

·        VMware experience is a plus.

·        TACACS & Radius experience is a big plus.

·        Experience with Big4 NMS solutions or public domain software such
as Nagios, Cacti and OpenNMS is a plus.

·        Big data, Hadoop, Cassandra or MongoDB experience is a plus.



*Key Responsibilities:*

·        Administer & operate NMS systems, especially *InfoVista &
SolarWinds*. Perform daily health checks and maintain integrity of
production environment by proactively resolving service impacting
incidents.

·        Oversee NMS operation & service desk functions including handling
of user reported incidents and service requests. Monitor and report NMS
systems & service desk performance using KPIs & operating matrices.

·        Provide engineering, operation and end-user support during
business and non-business hours.

·        Develop minor enhancements including customized reports, KPIs and
automations.

·        Validate & deploy product enhancements & bug fixes including
in-house and vendor delivered patches, hotfixes and service packs.

·        Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for incident,
problem & change management. Support disaster recovery, business
continuity, compliance & audit initiatives.

·        Provide subject matter expertise, document & maintain MOPS and
conduct user trainings as needed.
