You will be intensely involved in reviewing existing processes, customizations and propose a solution to the client. You will guide teams on PeopleSoft processes, deliverables and contribute to the overall plan, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. · Functional lead for PeopleSoft HR or Payroll modules. · Lead the engagement effort at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design and deployment. · Analyze custom process and conduct fit gap. · Thought leadership · Solution Evaluations and Recommendation – Demonstrate “Consulting mindset.” Lead the team in coming out with solution alternatives and takes the recommended solution alternatives to the customer, reviews the solution options and suggests improvements in order to get customer buy in the suggested alternatives. · Architecture, Design and detailing of process. · PeopleSoft Configuration, design and testing · Training and Change Management – identifies the change management requirements and proposes a structured approach to client for managing changes using multiple communication mechanisms. · Knowledge Transfer, System Appreciation and build and maintain process repository – Perform portfolio analysis, analyze transition needs and timelines. Maintain Knowledge repository in Core areas to create knowledge management repository · Issue resolution. *Functional skills required*: · At least 2 full lifecycle implementation and 1 Application Upgrade of PeopleSoft HRMS applications 9.x · Knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 will be preferred · Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain. · Strong PeopleSoft Functional/Process Knowledge and good Solution definition skills.
