*Required Experience:*

 - Extensive P&C Insurance experience
- Eliciting requirements using techniques such as: facilitated workshops,
interviews, document analysis, prototyping, and interface analysis
- Understanding and analyzing the impact of change across the organization
- Specifying and analyzing business goals/requirements, functional
requirements, system interface requirements, reporting requirements, data
requirements, non-functional requirements and business rules
- Discovering and documenting scope using visual modeling techniques
- Uncovering process improvements and seeing those improvements through
implementation, adoption and realization of business value
- Analyzing requirements from several functional areas to determine
potential conflicts/other requirements that may exist in other areas
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and various
approaches (e.g., waterfall, agile)
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts among
diverse stakeholder groups
- Working knowledge of the IIBA’s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge
(BABOK) preferred
