This position will work closely with the IAM team to develop Identity Provisioning, Reporting and Reconciliation systems to give customers and admins visibility into their IAM requests. This position will have responsibility for configuring and maintaining OIM connectors and workflows, as well as Reporting and Reconciliation services and processes. The successful candidate will work with skill levels from highly skilled developers to front line Identity Administrators, and must have the ability to tailor communication so that it is suited to the audience *Requirements:* - Must have minimum of 8+ years of 'Hands On' experience as an OIM designer/Developer. - Must have experience Architecting Solutions in Oracle OIM 11g product. - Must have experience with OIM design, implementation, and testing. - Must have experience with: OIM connectors such as Database, Directory, AD, Exchange and Oracle EBS Suite. - Must have experience with implementation of monitoring for OIM system. - Must have experience with ICF based connector framework for custom connector development and Oracle BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) Flows. - Must have hands on experience with OIM/SOA Approval workflow and Human Workflow and BPEL Process Experience. - Experience with Identity provisioning and management using Oracle Identity Manager 11g, - Experience with workflows and connector. - Experience in Weblogic administration and monitoring. - Experience with operational support for IAM systems - Experience with development of requirements with customers, - Be able to develop a high level design, and estimate the amount of effort required to meet those requirements LDAP, PERL and Shell scripting - Must have experience with PL/SQL Programming and have orchestrated business rules and reporting requirements. - Good Understanding of WSDLs, XML, XSD, and other integration standards to create the web services - Hands on experience with troubleshooting and maintaining OIM/Weblogic - Experience with Oracle ADF UI. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
